Because VidSimp processes payments exclusively through NOWPayments in cryptocurrency, transactions cannot be reversed by us once confirmed on-chain. Credits are a digital consumable that are activated immediately upon purchase confirmation.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
• Credits are delivered digitally and consumed upon use
• No refund will be issued for credits that have been used

We will issue replacement credits (not cash refunds) in the following circumstances:

• Payment confirmed but credits not received — if your transaction was confirmed on-chain but credits were not applied to your session, contact us with your transaction ID within 7 days
• Duplicate charge — if you were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error
• Service outage — if VidSimp was completely unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours during your credit period

We do not issue compensation for:

• Change of mind or dissatisfaction with AI responses
• Credits lost due to clearing your browser localStorage
• Purchasing the wrong pack
• Account termination due to Terms of Service violations

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid purchase is a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in permanent suspension of access. Since we use cryptocurrency, chargebacks are technically not possible — any dispute must be handled directly with us.

• The pack you purchased and the approximate date/time
• A description of the issue

We aim to respond within 3 business days. If your claim is valid, replacement credits will be issued within 5 business days.

Under no circumstances do we issue cash, cryptocurrency, or fiat currency refunds. Compensation, where applicable, is issued exclusively as VidSimp credits.

We may update this policy at any time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version. Purchases made before a policy change are subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
