• Standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL) — retained for 30 days for security purposes
• A local browser key (localStorage) to track your credit balance — this never leaves your device

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics platforms, or advertising networks.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

• OpenRouter / Gryphe MythoMax — your messages are forwarded to generate AI responses. Subject to OpenRouter's privacy policy.
• NOWPayments — crypto payment processing. Subject to NOWPayments' privacy policy.

VidSimp is strictly for users aged 18 and over. By using this service you confirm you meet this requirement. If we discover a user is under 18 their access will be terminated immediately.

We retain server access logs for 30 days then delete them. Chat conversations are not stored server-side. Your browser localStorage (name, credits, conversation history) is controlled entirely by you — you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
